RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Cheri Minel, we understand the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. We want to ensure your experience with our shop is a pleasant one. We have a 15-day returns/exchange policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)# as well as further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA# and approval will not be accepted.
